Heading a team of professionals is Tom Romano, former Chief Operating Officer of Gino‘s Inc., and at his side as advisory board members are the original founders Gino Marchetti and Lou Fischer.

Tom RomanoTom Romano has assumed the role as President and CEO of Gino's Burgers & Chicken.
Tom has the reputation for revitalizing and building franchise brands that had been virtually dormant or left for dead.
He credits his professional development to Gino's Inc. where he started as a manager trainee. Prior to the sale of the company to Roy Rogers in 1982, Tom had risen to the position of Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer. At the time of the sale, there were nearly 360 Gino's Restaurants and 150 Rustler Steak Houses with over 20,000 employees, and serving 10,000,000 guests with restaurant distribution in Northern Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and South-Eastern Pennsylvania.
Most recently he was President and CEO of Saladworks, where he is credited with building a professional organization and a rich business culture which tripled the size of the chain, increased average unit sales and spurred its dynamic unit growth.

He is, of course, one of the Founders of Gino's Inc. along with the visionary Lou Fischer, its former CEO, and Alan Ameche.
Gino is a former Baltimore Colts' captain and is inducted into the National Football League Hall of Fame having achieved 10 years as an all-pro. Along with many of the Colts' players of the late fifties and early sixties, he is remembered today as having participated in the 'Greatest Game Ever Played' when the Colts defeated the New York Giants in the Grandfather of Super Bowl Games in 1958.
Following his illustrious football career, Gino led the Gino's organization to great heights where he instilled a culture of teamwork, commitment and achievement. We are fortunate to have Gino working with us today as a member of the Advisory Board and "hands on " operator in our test kitchen. Gino intends to be a part of the Grand Opening festivities for all new restaurants.

Tom ClatterbuckTom Clatterbuck has joined Gino’s Burgers & Chicken as Vice President of Operations.
Tom has a 42 year track record in the Restaurant Industry as an Operator, Multi Unit Director, Vice President of Operations, Franchisee and Franchisor.
Tom started his career in 1968 with Gino’s Inc, in the Rustler Steak House Division. His career began as a dishwasher and culminated as the Operations Project Manager for the Rustler Division in 1977. From there, Tom owned and operated the Chick Fil A restaurant in the Gallery Mall in Philadelphia.
His career has taken him to several of the heavyweights in the Restaurant Industry. Tom was a Multi Unit Director for Wendy’s, Applebee’s and Vice President of Operations for First Hospitality Corporation, a TGI Friday’s Franchisee.
Most recently Tom helped start a Franchise company in TN and TX, before joining his long time friend and mentor, Tom Romano, to help bring the Gino’s brand back to the masses.
